The Focacceria Pugi opened in 1924 but it became a reference point for
young people in 1960. From that magical year, the name Pugi is a synonym
with the schiacciata all'olio, the famous Florentine bread made with olive
oil. The customers become more and more for each year, coming from all
social groups, but the schiacciata all'olio still holds the same high
quality.
